Made a visit on short notice and listened to all of our concerns. Walked the house with us as we pointed out the potential sounds/noises and smells that were causing concern. Despite finding nothing to suggest there was a leak or other problem, we were not charged for the visit. That kind of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. In the future, if we have a need of any plumbing services, they will receive the first call. Thanks again for your help and expertise!

Very happy with Green’s plumbing services. I had a slow running Moët faucet that Green’s guys were able to get fixed. I had both the hot and cold water shutoff valves replaced and Green’s tech was able to help me get the broken gasket fished out of the various components of the faucet. The water is running full rate again and we are very happy. We will definitely be using this company for our future plumbing needs.

I had a leak in our old water heater. It was beeping and annoying. Thumbtacks had Andrew Green on the list of plumbers and the reviews were amazing, so I chose this company. Mr. Green answered my questions, helped me get a plumber in as soon as I had my water heater arrive. Next day service. I had things i didn’t check on due to my knowledge of water heaters. Like, where my original waterlines and electric plugs are to the original heater compared to what I bought. Conner came for Green Group and he made it work. He set it up professionally and connected all the lines, even though I made a mistake in my purchase. They are friendly, punctual and I was pleased with the all around service. Give them a try, like me. You will be happy you did. Check the reviews, they are spot on. I will be using them in the near future for more plumbing projects.

All pricing for jobs will be different and based on the work needed to complete the job. Key factors that effect pricing include: Access to the pipes Amount of piping needed to be done Any specialty items or equipment needed Amount of material and labor projected for the job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical response time is same day to communicate with the customer about their plumbing issues. After a brief conversation, we can schedule a time and estimate to complete the work. The customer is scheduled in our dispatch software which keeps them in the loop at all times. For our bigger projects, we can schedule a a time to visit the project in person with the customer to go over all the details. This consultation is free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Green Group currently has multiple licensed Master plumbers on the team, as well as, several other highly trained technicians. Together, Green Group has over 60 years of plumbing experience serving Middle, Tn with all things plumbing.
