Introduction
Hello everyone, Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I would like to share a bit more about myself... I have been working as a professional interior designer for quite some time now. My journey in design and real estate began at a young age, as my parents were real estate brokers and home builders/developers. While studying interior design in college, I had the opportunity to intern for a custom home building group. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion for interior design and became their lead designer. In addition to pursuing interior design, my parents also encouraged me to obtain my real estate license. I followed their advice and became a licensed real estate agent. For many years, I had the privilege of assisting clients in both real estate and interior design matters. During my eighteen-year career as a real estate agent, I co-owned a small brokerage firm with my mother, Barbara, and held licenses in three different states. Given my background, I found that my expertise was best utilized in investment real estate. I worked closely with local investors, as well as national banks, hedge funds, and asset management companies. Together, we would either renovate and sell properties or embark on new development opportunities through infill new construction projects. My responsibilities encompassed various aspects of the process, including acquisition, design, pricing, marketing, & sales. Over time, I became highly skilled in valuing real estate. In fact, the attorney’s office adjacent to my real estate office began to engage my services as a Tennessee State Sworn Property Valuation Expert Witness for court cases involving disputed appraisals. I cherished the strong relationships I built with my real estate clients, as I was able to assist them in both real estate transactions and interior design endeavors. However, my life took an unexpected turn when my husband was diagnosed with stage IV cancer in 2021. It was a wake-up call for me, and I realized that life is too short to not pursue my greatest passion. I made the decision to focus on my interior design practice full time. My talents are best served helping others in design. I hold confidentiality and non compete in the highest regard. I express my genuine gratitude to all those who continue to recommend my services to individuals who require assistance with interior design. List of Services Provided: 1. I needed a living room, and kitchen refresh that was kid friendly and Angela delivered. I told her what I envisioned for the kitchen and she made it come true with her vision and her subcontractors work. I told her what I needed for the living room, and I had no vision and she created a functional and beautiful space. All within the budget I outlined and everything was completed within 6 weeks. She paid attention to detail, picked everything out, with alternative options for me to choose from. She listened to my needs and what furniture or fixtures I was unwilling to part with and made it work. It feels like a new space that meets my family needs, kids needs and most importantly adult needs. I am so thankful for her.
