- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are honest with pricing. Just because you live in the nashville and the area of nashville. You shouldn't have to pay those prices. There is no turn away fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first communicate and make sure we are a right fit for them. We want to make they feel like we are family when we do the work on their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Hotel management! So customer service you will always have that WOW experience. I have been through seminars, carpet conventions, personal training, iicrc, smoke and odor training.
