I have been using another Pool company who actually refused to respond to me to open my pool this year after closing it last winter and installing a new liner earlier in the year. I reached out to Jamie on Thumbtack to have him help me because I had discovered a problem with one of my skimmers and could not get the pool balanced. He responded immediately on a Saturday morning within minutes of me, reaching out on Thumbtack for help. Needless to say after dropping what he was doing and making time for my problem on one of the hottest days of the summer of 2025 (105 heat index), he now has my maintenance contract.
