S&G responded to my request for service within 10 minutes after I submitted such in the app. I posted my problem at about 3p. He responded at 3:15p. He agreed to come by the end of the day and was able to get here by 7p. He stayed in communication and was very polite and professional. He replaced the necessary part and the problem was resolved within 20 minutes. My hot water was restored! I highly recommend S&G Plumbing!

Sean was awesome! The arrived on time and did the work in professional manner. The work was done for a senior and they made her feel super comfortable that we’re going to get the job done the right way with no issues. The even recommended other things that could spruce up the space that she could purchase on her own. They didn’t try to upsell anything. I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing project
