FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer three packages for my clients. The first is a basic consultation package for $500. With this the bride will receive a binder to lead her through her planning process and 2 hours of consultation time with me. The second package is the Day of Wedding package that ranges from $1000-$2200. This package will allow the bride to enjoy her rehearsal and wedding day without being burdened with small details. I will run the rehearsal, take care of all details of decorating, and be the go to person during the wedding and reception. The final package begins at $2200 and is all inclusive. This includes as many phone calls, emails, texts and consultations necessary to guide the bride through the entire planning process. I send weekly "To Do" lists to the bride helping to keep her on schedule and keep her from getting bogged down in the planning. This allows her to focus on small chunks of information at a time. Finally, with this package, the bride finds me as her closest asset throughout the Rehearsal, Wedding and Reception. I am sure to carry her lipstick while taking care of any small issues that might arise completely ensuring the event goes off without a problem!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with my customer first and set up a meeting. At this meeting we will begin with the basics like date and what type of wedding the client envisions. From there we will proceed to venue and budget discussions. After the first meeting the client and I will be in contact via phone, email, text and Pinterest to define and refine all of her wedding dreams ultimately turning them into reality!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
