I list homes on a commission-based compensation structure. For home buyers, usually the seller of the home pays my commission. I offer additional services for a fee, like overseeing repairs, light home staging, and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet them and hear about their motivation for moving. We discuss their time frame, financial situation and needs, and priorities for their family.
