FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small company that greatly revolves around word of mouth. We feel that our pricing is extremely competitive in the market. I feel that the quality of the work greatly outmatches the prices we charge. Our company is focused on the quality of the work and we enjoy seeing the finished product just as much as the customers. We are willing to spend as much time as needed to complete the job correctly so that we can focus on building our brand on loyalty and customer awareness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for the address that I will need to travel to as well as pictures of the areas that need to be cleaned. This helps me give better quotes based on travel distance, any chemicals that may be needed, and for how long the job may take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally engaged in learning through many educational videos, discussions with fellow highly experienced pressure washers, and many hours of on the job training. I constantly seek out extra methods of achieving better cleaning tactics for great results and optimized time management.
