HORRIBLE! Never ever book them. They say they can move things but not EVERYTHING. I had booked them to move a billiard pool table for me and they approved of it. I made sure I included that it needed to be disassembled properly in order to be moved and to be reassembled once it gotten to location. They came and it was 2 guys, one was named Mike supposedly a “manager” and they took the table off of its legs and expected to move it but never disassembled it properly and eventually couldn’t move it at all! He said he would contact the company to refund the deposit cause they spent 2 hours to try to move it and left the pool table against the wall and not even in its correct position. Tried to charge us another 100$ fee to come back out just to place it back on its legs. I’ve called the company so many times and they keep saying they’ll call back to refund us and never did. Looking forward to reporting them to the BBB cause it seems as if they are known to taking deposits and not refunding it after knowing they did a horrible job.
