Chuck C. says, "Unbelievable! The response was almost immediate. The pool tech asked questions, requested for pics of the water conditions of the pool. After his assessment, he advised the services that he was able to perform, but he also advised me that the solution was simple, and we didn’t have to spend money on what we were instructed to do. Pool chemical and vacuuming instructions were clear and easy. Bottom line is this professional could have just taken our money and added on who knows what else for the needed materials and chemicals, but he chose not to take advantage of pool maintenance rookies. Lol He truly cared about us as the customers. There are just not many companies willing to give away free information willingly just to help the customer, no charge. We appreciate Clear Water Pool Services and would gladly recommend them for everyone with serious as simple pool needs!!!"See more

My father-in-law passed and I took I’ll at the same time, causing our pool to be abandoned for about a month, turning it dark green, and full of debris. We weren’t sure if anything could be done to clear the water and prepare it for closing. Well, we were wrong! The team came, assessed the situation, solved the discoloration, balanced the chemicals and covered the pool in about a week’s time.
