FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All sessions are billed hourly at a rate of $55 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. I charge for time, not per project, so you only pay for the hours needed. The hourly rate for additional team members is $45 per hour. Product costs aren’t included in the session cost, but I’m happy to recommend budget-friendly storage options. I also offer free virtual consultations to go over your space and give you a clear idea of what to expect. No hidden fees, just honest pricing and practical organizing that actually works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and designed to make organizing as stress-free as possible: Free Virtual Consultation – We’ll discuss your space, goals, and challenges. You can also send photos or do a quick video call for a more accurate estimate. Paid in-person consultations are also available. Booking & Product Planning – Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over an invoice and contract. In preparation for our organizing session, I can either shop for storage solutions for you or send you recommendations of what to have ready for our session. Hands-On Organizing – During our session, I’ll handle the organizing and decluttering. You can be as involved as you like, and I’ll ensure your space feels more functional and peaceful by the end. Wrap-Up & Maintenance Tips – When I finish, your space will feel calmer and easier to maintain, helping you enjoy more peace of mind and less stress in your day-to-day life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent years helping people declutter, simplify, and create organizing systems that actually work for REAL people. I specialize in making spaces functional and easy to maintain, whether it’s a busy family home or someone looking for a fresh start after a major life change. I also understand the unique challenges ADHD can bring to organization—like decision fatigue, out-of-sight clutter, and systems that just don’t stick—so I focus on practical solutions designed to work with your brain, not against it. My goal is to work with your personal circumstances to create calm, stress-free spaces that make life easier.
