My lawn looks like a child cut it and they did not clean up grass clippings and leaves. The tree service was a joke. I listed what I wanted done. They gave a quote which I accepted. When they came they did 2 things on my list and again did not clean up. Since the service was automated I was charged full price as soon as lawn care team reported ut was done. I have written and explanation and taken pictures but as of today I have not had any actual response other than an automated text that said they received my feedback

Our first cut went well! Our grass was a little longer than normal after only a week and a couple days since the last mow so we now switched to weekly for the time being since we have had so much rain. Looking forward to the next one!
