- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free inspection for homeowners. Non homeowners pay a $249 fee for inspection which is taken off the total of project, should you go through with the project. Our work is warrantied, nationally backed by the network, and fully transferable should you decide to sell your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crews are in-house. We do not subcontract. And each of our crews specializes in their project type.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were founded in 2007 by Clint Cooper. We have since grown to be one of the largest and top rated home repair companies in the area. Our focus is on a few things - Basement, Foundation, Crawlspace, and Concrete repair. To date, we have completed projects on over 16,000 homes, many of them just like yours. Our mission is to Redefine the contracting industry. Though we know most people don't wish to spend money on foundation repairs, we do believe we can deliver a remarkable experience and that is what we strive for each and every time.
