- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in saving people money, time, and hassle. We want our customers to be fully satisfied and happy with the outcome, so we can earn their business and recommendation. We will never overcharge for services, and we will stay competitive in the market at all times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first schedule an appointment with the client. Then, we will estimate the job scope. Then, we will schedule the start date and complete the work in a timely manner. Then, we will send an invoice for payment to the email provided. A receipt will automatically be sent back to the client confirming payment. Then, we will ask for a rating online confirming their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I specialize in remodeling homes but do not offer HVAC services. We provide surprising results every time, and we are customer focused.
