I had a issue with my ceiling, a light, and a sink and had no idea how to correct them without it being very expensive or laborious. He came over accessed the situation and came up with a fantastic way to repair everything without it really costing much in materials. I am selling the house so he made some other minor suggestions to improve the house and I loved them. He did the work I am thrilled about everything. In the middle of doing those things I had to call him to come to the house where I now live to repair a pipe under the kitchen sink. He came and found what the issue was and fixed it correctly. A prior contractor had the pipes all wrong and it was causing issues and he solved the issue and a couple of other things without trying to overcharge. He is honest, fair, and does very excellent work. He is my handyman from now on. I have some other projects lined up for him. I give him 10 stars!!!!
