- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commercial clients pricing is based on either sq footage or required time to clean the building. We do offer discounts to commercial clients, that do recurring cleaning or multiple buildings. Residential clients pricing is 3 levels: basic, deep and move in/out cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation, with the actual person who needs the service. After the phone call, I like perform a walkthrough for every job before I accept it. This is needed to make sure I understand the clients expectations/needs and the client understands what they are paying for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally trained in commercial cleaning. I received this training through a national cleaning franchise. Since my initial training 6 years ago, I have on-the-job experience with multiple industries and residential properties.
