I would highly recommend that the General Manager take a better, and more positive approach when speaking with a new customer for the first time. I asked the comfort advisor if he could provide a better quote for a new system install because Solace's quote was the highest quote that I received. The comfort advisor contacted the General Manager who immediately took a negative and unprofessional approach and stated that I picked the wrong time to try to negotiate pricing due to how hot the weather is now. Very poor leadership on the General Manager's part, which in turn cost the comfort advisor a sale.
