I am disappointed with the service and outcome I received from Mr. Maintenance Home Service. I was clear and upfront about my system’s issues. Once the technician arrived, he checked my system and found that I was accurate in stating what the issues were. He concluded that the issue could be resolved in one of two ways. I chose the first option. Once he finished, the system worked as it should have but less than an hour later, it resorted back to having the same problem as it did prior to the repair. I made the technician aware of this. He returned to my house, rechecked the system and stated the relays were bad and needed replacing. I was then quoted an additional cost for him to replace the relays which was never mentioned in the initial assessment. Nevertheless, we agreed that the relays would be replaced the next day. A short while later, he called me back and stated that he would not be coming back to replace the relays. He said he had talked with a colleague who stated the system was doing exactly what it was supposed to be doing which I found interesting, given the fact that the colleague had not been to my house nor witnessed what was going on with the system. Fast forward to a couple of days later, I reached out to the technician voicing my concerns and asking to be refunded because the money I paid him did not result in the system being repaired. The technician stated that the only thing he could offer was putting the money spent toward the cost of a new system installation with him. This is not an option for me as I am not a glutton for punishment.
