4 stars for the workers, but 3 different techs had to come at different times. 1 for diagnostic, 1 repair, and 1 sales tech. The diagnostic tech said to pay him in full. Told him I was not paying that until the repair tech came. Price was $580 but still without air conditioning, and it's 106° here. Have to have A1 credit and a well paying job to finance $12,000 for a replacement. I'm not sitting on that kind of money. I would highly recommend this company, but if you don't have that kind of money or the patience for several different techs to come to, then don't bother. I would not recommend a top company with top banks but a small company that is owner financing through smaller banks.

I had some very old, worn and torn duct work in my basement and crawl space. They came right out to give me an estimate and scheduled my install right away. Everyone I spoke with and the guys who did the work were great. Very nice and knowledgable.
