Rodrick Jones also known as “Ready Rod” is a lead guitarist from Blytheville AR who is acclaimed as a child prodigy. His greatest influence comes from his father Odale Jones who played for the late Legendary Blues guitarist Albert King in the early 80’s. Rodrick has a soulful bluesy style consequently he’s known for his eccentric tone. Rodrick has been a professional guitarist for 20 plus years. He has an exceptional love for music and has had the opportunity to grace the stage with many artist. Just to name a few Stellar winner and Grammy nominee Canton Spirituals also The Caravans, VaShawn Mitchell, El Debarge, Keith Sweat, RL (Next), etc. He’s currently working on/producing a new project in the studio. He enjoys utilizing his gift to help others learn to play, doing studio work, and playing on stage.
