- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a simple pricing structure so there are no surprises. We have a 10% discount for early season installation before November 10th. Our seasonal lighting packages start at $700 and are all inclusive of materials, labor, removal, and storage as well as all in season maintenance or repairs. We handle everything from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you decide our minimum pricing structure and quality work fits your budget and expectations and want to work with us we can provide you with a free estimate based on your home or business. Once the proposal is approved and a deposit is received you will be added to our installation calendar. Once the installation is completed a final invoice will be sent which you can pay for online. Once the season is over we schedule removal dates for customers starting the first week in January.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Holiday Lighting Decorator. Also, attend workshops and tradeshows for our industry to stay up on the best in class materials and processes.
