We removed a large kitchen window to create more interior wall space. The exterior wall is brick. Javier and crew did a skillful masonry job to fill in the exterior with matching brick that conforms to our association's standard. Already, it looks like there was hardly a window there, and after a short while, the natural outdoor elements will make the entire wall appear uniform.

LPM completed my project to construct 4 brick columns and repair the mortar on front steps. Javier took the time to understand the job, provide suggestions and explain what he would do. The end result were 4 columns that look great and front steps that look brand new. LPM was prompt and delivered great value. I highly recommend.

As a homeowner, I am aware of when something is not right but when it comes to stone and brick, I have no idea how to correct it. Javier and his team impressed me from the initial outreach and at each step of the process. As we walked around the house and pool and I showed him the areas that I was concerned about, he took the time to educate me on the cause of the issue and suggest how it should be corrected. His mastery of his craft was quickly evident. The proposal included detailed pictures and descriptions of the work we agreed to. Importantly, it also noted anything out of scope. Day 1 of the project, Javier arrived exactly when stated and communicated with us so our dogs were put away and there were no surprises. Fast forward and we added more work to the project after I witnessed his meticulous approach to the work and the extreme care he demonstrated for our home. I would recommend LPM without hesitation to anyone who asks. There were no surprises. Everything I expected was accomplished with an amazing level of quality and pride. Don’t hesitate to reach out. It was worth every penny. The value received far exceeded what I hoped for. All of the pictures are from either repair or replacement work that was completed. All new pool coping and cap to the retaining wall. Very, very pleased! The driveway had so many cracks I was planning on a full replacement in a few years. I’m confident we have many more years of life in it now and you can barely see the fixes in person.
