As a homeowner, I am aware of when something is not right but when it comes to stone and brick, I have no idea how to correct it. Javier and his team impressed me from the initial outreach and at each step of the process. As we walked around the house and pool and I showed him the areas that I was concerned about, he took the time to educate me on the cause of the issue and suggest how it should be corrected. His mastery of his craft was quickly evident. The proposal included detailed pictures and descriptions of the work we agreed to. Importantly, it also noted anything out of scope. Day 1 of the project, Javier arrived exactly when stated and communicated with us so our dogs were put away and there were no surprises. Fast forward and we added more work to the project after I witnessed his meticulous approach to the work and the extreme care he demonstrated for our home. I would recommend LPM without hesitation to anyone who asks. There were no surprises. Everything I expected was accomplished with an amazing level of quality and pride. Don’t hesitate to reach out. It was worth every penny. The value received far exceeded what I hoped for. All of the pictures are from either repair or replacement work that was completed. All new pool coping and cap to the retaining wall. Very, very pleased! The driveway had so many cracks I was planning on a full replacement in a few years. I’m confident we have many more years of life in it now and you can barely see the fixes in person.

LPM Masonry are excellent craftsman! I have an home that is close to 100 years old and needed the brick patio re-leveled and the brick relayed. LPM was able to remove the old bricks, regrade the base, and reuse the original brick. When complete, all was perfect. The amount of work they had to complete to remove the brick, remove the old mortar on each piece, and then relay was not small and they completed the work in less than a week. I would recommend this team to anyone. They were excellent!

It was great working with LPM Masonry on my water valve cover job. They worked around the rainy weather (as well as my fall lawn overseeding watering schedule) to ensure moisture wouldn’t impact the brick work. They showed up when they said they would, and the work exceeded my expectations and was very well done. Will work with LPM Masonry again.
