Andy is a mechanical master. He quickly and effectively found the problems with both plumbing AND electrical, and fixed it all with good attention to design, and great advice for future planning. THEN he helped with some framing problems, and ventilation as well!! ( HVAC certified, among others) I think he does it all, though painting would be a waste of his talents. He is the guy you call after someone else screws it up. Best value ever. He is unassuming in person, but very productive and qualified.

Andy called to confirm the address and was very punctual. He hung 3 tvs, a mirror and several wall hangings. His work quality was top notch! I will definitely hire him again!! Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with Andy's work ethic and how easy he is to deal with. He completely understood our problem with having a raccoon living in our attic. Came right over and fixed not only issue of how it got in but also the problems/ havoc it had created ( ruined air vents, feces, chewed wires). We highly recommend Andy, in fact we want him back to fix some other things around the house.
