- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing fluctuates with the time of day I am needed and the distance required. All of this is discussed upfront before we meet for notary services or to officiate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I accept text or email communication. Usually the customer lets me know what type of service they need provided. Discussion will include where they are located and what time and date mutually works for both of us. At times, certain documents and officiating require signatures from witnesses, so I will remind them that they will have to have witnesses available at the time and date agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the neccesary creditials by the state of Tennessee.
