- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate is straight forward. There are no additional add in fees or surprises. We honor our prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we have the opportunity we always like to meet with the customer i their home to see what items will be getting moved. We then develop a plan of how we are going to load and transport the items into the order they will go on the truck. We then plan the rest of the logistics and call the customer the week of the move to ensure we are there every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We learn something new in every move and will always look for better ways to serve customers better.
