- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Complimentary false lashes are included with all makeup applications. I ask that all parking fees be reimbursed if incurred. Gratuity is never required, but always appreciated!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before booking, we will conduct a consultation via email or phone call to get a thorough understanding of what you are looking for. During this consultation, I provide information regarding pricing and the booking process, as well as answer any questions that they may have. Once we have agreed upon a time and location for the appointment, I will send an invoice for the 50% non-refundable retainer fee. Payment of the retainer fee secures your appointment in my calendar and ensures that I will not book another appointment during that timeframe. The remaining balance will be due prior to your appointment. I will be sure to reach out to you to confirm your appointment a few days in advance. I am always available to answer questions and am happy to do whatever I can to make sure you have an enjoyable, stress-free experience!
