- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information as possible from a new customer and what they are trying to achieve. I work with them to make sure we are always communicating on our end, and they know what to expect when we do come out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Purdue University in Indianapolis and studied mechanical engineering. I went to ABC electrical school in Indiana then relocated back to Nashville. I was an apprentice at a commercial company then worked my way into a foreman lead. Decided to start doing some work on the side then it became a full business doing residential and commercial work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally went to college for mechanical engineering and realized it wasn’t what I wanted to do so I became an apprentice. I worked in commercial for a few years before branching out on my own into residential and commercial.
