- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Repair is flat rate pricing- We also offer financing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with the customer over the phone and get a overview of the issues and their information and schedule a job as soon as possible. After scheduling the job the customer will get a text and email confirming the appointment. I will also send a on the way text when I start to the job. When I arrive and before starting the diagnostics or maintenance I explain to the customer what My process is for that particular job including what all is involved and I’ll answer all questions that the customer has before starting so that the customer can feel assured in knowing that I will find and resolve the issue. I document any and all issues that I find with the system with pics. After I’m finished checking the system I’ll go to the customer and discuss the problems found and give the customer options on repairs.

Graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technology While there I was inducted into the National Technical Honor Society IAQ training through Dynamic Manufacturing training with Trane
