The brothers were very nice. I did enjoy there company however when they were working on the patio path they kicked up a lot of debris and it broke my air condition fan. I let my home warranty cover what they could and Rayo paid the remaining. Just last week ago the A/C broke entirely and I had to pay $6,500 for a new unit. The part I’m most upset about is the slope on the patio. I understand there needed to be a slope. From what was discussed it was going to be 2 inches, but in one corner it slopes 4.5 inches and the increase in slope is dramatic where the corner is. It feels like your walking up hill and you get a little vertigo because of the incline. Not happy.
