The team got the job done and were very kind. However, my issue came after when it was to pay, the owner increased the price by 2.5x and stated that he charges by the job, not the hour, which is what was stated in the Thumbtack app and in messages. When I questioned him he told me that the app makes him charge by the hour not the job, and so my issue is "with the app" not with him. This was never communicated to me so I paid him by the hour, and he hung up on me. I would use the men who did the work again, but not this company. Giving two stars for the men who did the job.
