Alexander did a fabulous job installing my flooring! Buying a townhouse that had old ragged carpet, worn and tattered by a housecat and years of an indoor smoker, demanded a gut and remodel. While I'm an aspiring DIYer, I knew this project required the care and craftsmanship of a seasoned professional, and Alexander is that and more! From the outset, he was swift to respond to all my inquiries and we set up a time for him to look over the place for an estimate. Being new to all this, and on a tight budget, I was worried that this project would quickly pile on unforeseen expenses, but Alexander gave me an honest transparent quote that worked within my budget and never deviated from that initial estimate. On install day, he arrived right on time and got to work. Within the first ten minutes of arrival, he had already removed the carpet from one room and had moved on to the other rooms. By around six o'clock that day he had finished what I thought would be a two-day job. I couldn't be happier with the results! The space is completely transformed and feels like a new home. In addition to the spectacular face-lift, I really enjoyed working with Alexander. He was receptive to my budget concerns and even listened to me ramble on about loosely related flooring topics. He's an expert in his craft and an all-around trustworthy and honorable gentleman. If you're looking for a contractor on a future project look no further than Alexander's Flooring.
