Gerald called immediately after I submitted a roof repair request and came the next morning and replaced a vent cover that was broken. He also checked two others and found another broken one (worse than the one I knew about) and replaced it as well. He charged the price he quoted, but did some extra things free of charge (replaced a blown single, extra caulking) that he noticed needed done. I'm very pleased with his work.
