- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
America’s Best Choice of East Tennessee only sells premium quality products, we will not sell subpar quality. We have installers that have been with us since day one, which in our industry is unheard of. Most companies can’t keep good people because they do not care about their employees, they think everyone is replaceable. We think everyone is valuable and we put a premium on our investment in our people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate the need by asking simple straight forward questions, presenting the product that best fills the need and give an estimate on how we can fill that need. We have a simple position on how to help a client…….listen to their needs, estimate what fixes their needs, not what we want them to purchase. We do not sell anyone, we do NOT believe in tricky sales pitches or harassment. Hiring America’s Best Choice of East Tennessee will be the smoothest, simplest purchasing experience possible.
