We had an excellent experience with this team installing our kitchen tile backsplash. They were extremely detail-oriented and took their time to make sure everything was perfectly aligned and finished cleanly. They protected all surrounding surfaces before starting, kept the workspace tidy, and were very respectful of our home throughout the process. Communication was prompt and professional from start to finish. Pricing was fair for the quality of work delivered. The final result completely elevated our kitchen. Highly recommend — don’t hesitate to use them.

I love my tile job from 865 Tilepros. The tile master is Spanish speaking, and he works with his son, who is fluent in english, and always available by text or phone for questions. The tile installers are also Spanish speaking, friendly, and work fast. The job is laser level, flat and artistic as well. They use the Schluter metal edge system, which looks great, also around the window and nook. I got a great value and couldn't be happier.

They did a wonderful job! I had a full new remodel of a bathroom. It doesn’t look the same and they did everything I envisioned! I once had one minor issue, they came immediately and fixed it! Such nice people to work with and very professional and did everything I asked!!!

I had an excellent experience with this company!!! The communication was great from start to finish, everything was explained clearly, and the work was done with real attention to detail. The tile lines are clean, the cuts are perfect, and the whole project came out even better than I expected. They showed up on time, kept the workspace clean, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for bathroom projects. 5 stars!!!!
