- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prioritize our annual customers and ensure there is time available to service existing relationships before bringing on additional accounts. We charge $300 per month for weekly service which includes cleaning, water chemistry tests and balancing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will evaluate your pool and equipment and discuss your preferences in an initial site visit. Once we agree on the service requirements, we will schedule your first service - this can often be done the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All service technicians hold CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and CPI (Certified Pool Inspector) credentials. Those of us responsible for commercial accounts will also have OSHA, ISO Environmental training as well as site specific training depending on the type of account.
