Although Ruby did well on the cleaning, I was very disappointed that she left our trash out on our front porch and drove away soon after we paid her and left her a $50 tip. When we asked her to please come back and finish the job she replied that she couldn’t because she was working on her Jeep. She also made it seem like our request was unreasonable. I don’t feel like she finished the job.

I’m sorry that you feel that you received 2 star service. And honestly I would have made it right even though I text your wife before I ever left your house and told her I was leaving the boxes and trash on her porch because I didn’t know what to do with it. She text back saying okay thank you so much! With that being said I was under the impression that it was fine to leave it there. When you ask me to come back and break down your Amazon boxes and get your trash (which isn’t even a service we provide) I didn’t say I wouldn’t do it. I said I couldn’t do it at that moment because I was changing my brakes on my Jeep. I even sent a picture showing my Jeep had the tires off. If you had given me a chance I would have come put your trash in your can for you as soon as I finished doing my brakes. I am however very glad that over all you was pleased with the cleaning you received and thought that it deserved a $50 tip on a 4 hour job that took 6 hours to do on what should have been our off day but we came in on Saturday just to make sure we got you taken care of. Again I’m very sorry your not happy but this could have all been avoided if your wife would have told be not to leave it on the porch when I told her that’s what we was doing.

Ruby was very responsive in communicating which is always a great thing to have from someone. We met at the date/time discussed and left her to do her thing. She was able to tackle a kitchen that was in rough shape from previous owner. She got the most important things cleaned like the bathrooms and kitchen counters. The fridge looked miles better. Overall satisfied with the work.
