They did a fantastic job mounting my 65" Samsung frame Tv above my fireplace. The guys were friendly, timely, and did a great job. Highly recommend

We had an amazing experience working with Smart Homes! Every aspect of the experience was superb! We appreciated the prompt responses/communications from Jason and how quickly he set up our install. Smart Homes of East TN was excellent to work with. We had to switch out a projector for a large TV and Jason and his team picked the Tv up from Best Buy and installed. They ended up going out to our rental (which isn't close to anything) 3 different times due to diagnostics, then TV installation and the last time was to install a new receiver. I appreciate all they did!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on multiple services. We travel anywhere in East Tennessee, but locations over 50 miles away may be subject to a trip fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have completed over 1000 security installations. We have multiple technicians that specialize in TV mounting and IT.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What security needs are important to me? Cameras are great for catching vandals and documenting attempted break ins, but do nothing to get help sent to you. We offer multiple options, but we never pressure our clients.
