Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation. During this consultation, we'll discuss the customer's needs, preferences, and budget. We'll also assess the scope of the project and any specific requirements. Once we have a clear understanding of the customer's needs, we'll provide a detailed proposal outlining the recommended services and pricing. We're happy to answer any questions and address any concerns the customer may have at this stage. Throughout the project, we'll maintain open communication to keep the customer informed of progress and address any unexpected issues that may arise. After completing the work, we'll conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets the customer's expectations. We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers, from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough
