Hello! We are a team of licensed real estate agents trained in property management, serving in Knox County. We have been managing privately owned properties and decided to branch out and serve the public. Our mission is to provide exceptional property management services at affordable prices, from leasing and finding a tenant to property maintenance and quarterly inspections. Our experience with Muller, and especially with Irina has been an absolute pleasure. We left an apartment that's slowly sinking into the depths of hell, both figuratively and possibly literally, to a great condo that we adore. Irina and David have been extremely supportive and understanding, and while we haven't had any issues, we're confident that if we had any, they would drop everything to help us out. Muller doesn't just feel like another property group; as cliché as it may be, Muller is more like an extended family

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fixed rate plans starting at $75 a month. We offer all property management services with our plans and also provide an in-house maintenance team for discounted services (but you are welcome to recommend your own maintenance services as well).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, we schedule a meeting in the office to discuss options, get more details on the home, and work with you to come up with a plan for your property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of us has a real estate license and have been trained in property management services.
