- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think it's a mistake to make pricing the primary consideration when choosing a contractor. That said, we work to be very reasonable and fair - which many of our reviews attest to. No hidden fees or costs. Everything is laid out before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a conversation (via phone, text or in-person) where we go over everything the client wants to get done. Once that is clear, I'll quickly work up a quote (or multiple quotes/packages) and, if we are in agreement on the numbers and timeline, work begins. Very straight forward, very simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to several years of on the job experience (which is where the real learning happens), I've also attended several in-person trainings - including for holiday light installation and concrete sealing. Additionally, we work closely with industry suppliers to keep up on the most current techniques and products.
