- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will never be surprised about price. I make sure to cover these details with each customer (hero) up-front, with an agreed upon, fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet together. If possible, I try to meet folks face-to-face. Building a strong relationship with each customer (hero) is a huge priority. Next, we look at the scope of the project(s), I ask questions to better determine what finished project we are looking to create, I offer suggestions and ideas, we discuss any options available, and then we create the plan to move forward. I will collect any of the media that needs to be digitized at this point. After that, I will send an email confirming pricing and details so we both know what to expect. If the project takes more than a few weeks to complete, I will communicate with the customer (hero) about where we are in the process. Once the project is complete, I will meet with the customer (hero) to give them the work and answer any questions they may have.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started More Than Memories during a "restart" moment in my life. This business enabled me to grow, develop, and mature as a leadership and businessman. It also enables me to help family and friends celebrate. I love working with and serving people, getting to hear their stories, and bringing to life precious memories from the past. My business gives me the freedom to invest in my wife and children in a way that past jobs did not.
