- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary by job. I am flexible for the most part about giving an estimated quote for a whole project or being able to break a job down in manageable projects at the clients request. I generally require a contract and a minimum of 25% deposit, depending on job size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me, I try to reply in an hour, no more than five if they reach me before 6:00pm. I will call by the end of the next business day once we establish a call back number for the client. All clients may keep in touch through text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over three years working experience in the specific field of historical restoration. During that time I learned to work with Stone, brick, concrete, plaster and stucco. I also have a Master's degree from the University of Tennessee.
