- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At L&M Tree Service, we try to make the process simple and straightforward for new customers. We start by meeting with the customer on-site to look over the project, discuss their goals, and identify any safety or access concerns. We then provide a detailed professional estimate explaining exactly what work will be completed, how debris will be handled, and any optional services such as stump grinding or hauling. Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule the work as quickly as possible and keep communication open throughout the process. On the job site, our crew focuses on safety, protecting the property, and completing the work efficiently. After the work is finished, we do a full cleanup and walk-through with the customer to make sure they are satisfied. Customers choose L&M Tree Service because we are licensed and insured, carry Workman’s Comp coverage, have over 20 years of experience, and take pride in honest, professional service.
