Wow well done!!!! Shawn did excellent work Mowing my grass!!! He was quick to respond Came out FAST because we both did not want Grass to get out of hand. Unlike the other companies that I turned down I did not have to give my life history just to get a quote. Shawn gave me a quote fast without all the Hoop-a- law. I appreciate the fact that he fulfilled one of the many requests that I made. One request was taking pictures for me due to me not being on property site at that time.Shawn made the entire process easy and Worry-free. He did a very nice job on mowing And trimming. He also fulfilled my request for Cutting grass low. I like that as well. You can see for yourself what the results were. I recommend him for his honesty, professionalism, work ethics, fair pricing as well as his follow up. I will be hiring him again As long as he will put up with me. His recommendations about repeat mowings were reasonable. He is not pushing me to mow Every week , which I like. That's another issue With other companies as well is that they want commitments for every week all season. I can say more but I think the proof is in the Pictures. Hire him if you want well cut grass and fair prices.

LONG LAWN must have miss understood the purpose of confirming an appointment. His service of here requires you to give your address before booking the appointment which I had given. Then messaged me to confirm the appointment. Which I believe it would be common sense to look up said address before confirming right? Then the day of the appointment I hear nothing from him and instead of reaching out to me he waits until after the scheduled time and just cancels it. I had to reach out to him just for him to say he could not find it. Which once again it would be common knowledge to get in contact with me for directions. Then goes on to say he doesn’t serve my area. Yet according to his words he was already here just lost and should have never confirmed the appointment to begin with if you don’t serve this area. Unconvinced is correct sir.

Thank you for your review. If your going to show a screenshot, then please show the entire screen shot where you provided a Knoxville address for a Powell address location which I do not provide service too. If you have a problem with Thumbtack asking for your address and other information then you need to take that up with them as I have no control over what Thumbtack asks you or what information you give Thumbtack. Honesty goes a long ways at getting things accomplished. It is quite obvious that you must have some mental issues. I did indeed attempted to reach out and assist you even if it was just once. However, when you do not provide proper information, address, street number, landmarks if street numbers are unavailable and if you are unable to received proper communication from me, then I am unable to assist you. In the future you should really consider having all your facts together first before blaming one individual for your personal issues. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
