- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competively priced. We offer veteran discounts. We don't ever try to sell you products if you don't need them. We are honest with our customers. If you don't need our products, we will tell you and try to point you in a direction of what might help your situation if it isn't our products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home or business and meet with you first for a few questions to better understand what the problems are or what you are trying to achieve. We then inspect the property and discuss our findings. We usually offer more than one option for whatever we recommend, like good, better or best options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained on regular basis. We all go through regular safety training. All employees have many classes on understanding insulation and building science. The owners have spent years learning about insulation and building efficiency and are dedicated to constantly seeking information on the newest findings and products.
