The gentleman that came did not seem prepared for the job. We introduced ourselves, and he had me explain the problem. He walked inside the house, asked what we wanted to do, then said, "Well, our company will just piss you off". He never even looked at the foundation, floor joists, or retaining wall. It felt like he thought we didn't have the money. It's okay. I will find someone else, that is willing to do the job correctly, and not waste my time, or their companies.

I told them I wanted to begin service. They never called to set service dates.The owner from Atlanta contacted me and he stated he was very upset with the way things were handled and offered to come to Knoxville personally to over see the project. I accepted his offer and the went above and beyond
