We provide a free estimate for all jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact customer by phone to collect information on the job and to determine if an in-person consultation is necessary. 2. If determined, review the scope of work in person with the customer to ensure an accurate estimate and scope of work is provided. 3. Provide a written estimate to the customer within 3 days. 4. If the estimate is accepted, we work with the customer to schedule the job at an agreed upon time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Your home is usually one of your biggest assets. Don't trust it to anyone. Make sure that when someone comes to your home to do work that the company does reputable work and carries all of the necessary insurances to protect you and your home. Additionally be sure the company is only sending reputable employees that have been background checked. Finally, that contractor should have a surety bond to protect that customers investment in the job.
