Patrick did everything I he possibly could for me and so much more. I mainly brought him here because the upstairs bathroom sink was clogging and I couldn’t figure out how to fix the problem. He not only showed me how to detach the pipe beneath the sink but he cleaned it perfectly and now it works like new. Then he so quickly fixed the toilet paper holder in the bathroom no one would know that was ever broken. At that point I asked him to fix everything in my house that he could in the time he was there. He built a standing toilet paper holder with room for three additional rolls of toilet paper (it’s gorgeous!) and then in the downstairs bathroom he built a toilet paper holder and made sure it covered up the screws from the toilet paper holder that had been there long before. Finally he built what I thought was an impossible structure, a 6 foot tall lamp that changes color. It looks so amazing I want to buy another one. He and I have already talked about him coming back here and taking care of a number of other tasks for me. When I asked him why he was so good at fixing everything, he said “I’ve always been interested in how things work.” I can’t recommend him enough!

Patrick has installed 9 cameras, light fixtures, door bell, door knobs, completely rebuilt my adjustable bed, painted, repaired my crawlspace door and shed roof among many other things. There are to many to list. He is my goto handyman and I highly recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are based on a $50 an hour and there's typically a service fee of around $25-50 for the Knoxville area. If a project is more than 4 hours I'll normally waive the service fee or if you're in the Fountain City area. We never ask for payment until the work is finished and I'll usually cover the cost of materials until done as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to see a project before giving an estimate, but usually isn't necessary for small jobs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always loved figuring out how things work. I enjoy always doing something different and working as a handyman is the perfect job for me!
