House Menders responded within a few minutes of my post. The other two; one 3 hours later and the third not at all. House Menders was great, gave me advice on care of my device and then took me outside and showed me where my water line cut-off is located and how to shut it off in the event of a water leak. Nice to see someone who cares about their work and customers.
