Barry was great to work with. Very detailed and knowledgeable with his craft. He removed my old countertop and installed a farmhouse sink for me. He went above and beyond by calling the seller of the sink to ensure that he is following the proper way of installing an 80lb fireclay sink. I would definitely hire him again for next time.

Barry Cone of House Menders, LLC did a great job installing an 18' handrail along stone steps in our back yard. My primary concern was that it be sturdy, straight and plumb. He met all of those requirements like a PRO. He is meticulous, conscientious and committed to excellent quality construction. I would definitely refer him to anyone with a project requiring good quality construction.

Sill cap needed replaced due to a failed rubber sweep on bottom of entry door. Barry could not find a ready-made replacement but fabricated one out of oak, and also installed a new door sweep.

Barry has done an excellent job doing some drywall work that we needed, and his rates are great too compared to what a lot of others charge. We feel we have saved money using him. In fact, we are so pleased with his work we are having him do some painting and flooring installation. He is always on time, or let's you know if he will be running late. I would highly recommend him.
