- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices/rates are per project. If your project requires additional time or materials onsite we will discuss these cases and agree on terms before proceeding. A written estimate or quotation is available on request. ALL work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. NOTE: If you have started to assemble an item additional labor to correct or finish your project MAY be needed. Need and additional fees to be discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My promise is to arrive at your location on our scheduled day and on-time. Traffic and weather may shift my appointment pledge. In these cases I will contact you to keep you informed. Please note: last minute cancellations MAY require a fee to cover time and travel expenses. IMPORTANT: All furniture and/or fitness equipment to be assembled needs to be in the same room it will be used in OR NEARBY for me to get started and work. Please note: I cannot help move large and/or heavy items up or down stairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been properly assembling all types of RTA furniture and home/commercial fitness equipment professionally since 2008. I bring the right tools and supplies to work safely, smartly and efficiently.
